It has Begun - Introduction


Hi, My name is Ollie and 3 weeks ago I started the gym and I decided the make a Blog on my Progress to motivate me and also to keep me on track, Since that's one of the biggest things that people don't do when they start off at the gym. I don't want to go gym for 2 month or so and just stop, I need the motivation to do it and I think through looking at how much your progressing is definitely a big motivator for anyone.

Reasons I started the gym and wanted to transform my body was due to the fact I have been skinny all my life and I am a extreme Ectomorph. To change my body from Skinny to all Muscle will be a goal like no other, Being able to shape your body in too a piece of art is certainly a goal that would endure pain but also happiness, So let the journey begin.
